Can I cancel my order?

- Yes they are allowed, however you must request any changes/cancellations within 12 hours of ordering. All requests after this time will be denied. You can be returned for a full refund for 30 days after it has been recieved

 

How long will it ake to recieve my order?

- The shipping time may change. It depends on where you live and the weight of the packeging. The average shipping time can range from 10-30 days.

 

What happens if I don't recieve my product?

- If you haven't recieved your product in 30 days, you are eligible for a full refund. 

How do I return an item?

What if the items I recieved are incorrect, missing and defective?

- Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related referances upon recieving your package. We will do our best to resolve your case as soon as possible. 

 

When will I recieve my refund?

- All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. It can take anywhere from 7 - 20 days, depending on your payment method.
